Lincoln County Courthouse Annex Building

Sealed bids for the purchase of the Lincoln County Courthouse Annex Building will be accepted by the Auditor until 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.  Sealed bids may be submitted by mail or in person to the Lincoln County Auditor, 104 N. Main St., Suite 110, Canton, SD 57013-1703 with “Courthouse Annex” clearly marked in the lower left corner of the envelope.  Bids must be submitted on the forms provided by Lincoln County and may be obtained at the Auditor’s Office or online at www.lincolncountysd.org.  Only bids of $75,000 or higher will be considered.  Lincoln County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  The Annex Building is available for inspection by appointment with the Auditor during regular business hours
