NOTICE OF HEARING TO VACATE RIGHT-OF-WAY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: in accordance with SDCL 31-3-6 the Board of County Commissioners in and for the County of Lincoln, in the City of Canton, South Dakota, on the 26th day of April 2022, between 8:35 a.m. and adjournment of said meeting date, at the Lincoln County Courthouse, 104 N. Main, in the Lincoln County Commissioners Meeting Room, will hold a public hearing for the purpose of consideration of the petition to vacate the following described right-of-way:
That portion of Right of Way lying between Sections 8 and 9, Township 100 North, Range 51 West of the 5th P.M., beginning at the South Right of Way Boundary of 268th Street and extending South to a point of intersection with the Northerly Right of Way of South Dakota Highway 17.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT any person, persons, or their attorney may appear at said scheduled Public Hearing and present objections. Anyone unable to attend may submit written comments prior to the hearing to: Lincoln County Commission, 104 N. Main, Suite 110., Canton, South Dakota 57013. Individuals needing special accommodations are requested to contact the County at least 48 hours prior to the hearing.
