NOTICE OF HEARING TO VACATE HIGHWAY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: in accordance with SDCL 31-3-6 the Board of County Commissioners in and for the County of Lincoln, in the City of Canton, South Dakota, on the 14th day of June 2022, between 8:35 a.m. and adjournment of said meeting date, at the Lincoln County Courthouse, 104 N. Main, in the Lincoln County Commissioners Meeting Room, will hold a public hearing for the purpose of consideration of the petition to vacate the following described highway: The West Thirty-Six feet, more or less (W36’+/-) of said street, lying adjacent to the North line of Lot 6, Block 2 and the South line of Lot 4, Block 4, both within the plat of The Meadow at Spring Creek Addition, as file in Book T of plats, page 10. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT any person, persons, or their attorney may appear at said scheduled Public Hearing and present objections. Anyone unable to attend may submit written comments prior to the hearing to: Lincoln County Commission, 104 N. Main, Suite 110., Canton, South Dakota 57013. Individuals needing special accommodations are requested to contact the County at least 48 hours prior to the hearing.
