ORDINANCE NO. 2207-32

AN ORDINANCE OF LINCOLN COUNTY, SD, REZONING PROPERTY LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS OLSEN’S TRACT NO. 1 (EX. LOTS H-1 AND H-2), NE1/4 NW1/4, SECTION 19-T98N-R50W LYNN TOWNSHIP, FROM THE “C” COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO THE “I-1” LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, AND AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF LINCOLN COUNTY.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY LINCOLN COUNTY, SD:

 That the property legally described as Olsen’s Tract No. 1 (Ex. Lots H-1 and H-2), NE1/4 NW1/4, Section 19-T98N-R50W Lynn Township is hereby rezoned from the “C” Commercial District to the “I-1” Light Industrial District, and the official zoning map of Lincoln County is amended to include the rezoning.
