NOTICE OF SALE OF TAX DEED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Lincoln, South Dakota, has directed the below described real property acquired by said County by tax deed proceeding to be sold as provided by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the direction of the Board of Commissioners of Lincoln County, South Dakota, sealed bids shall be received by the Lincoln County Auditor, 104 N. Main Street, Suite 110, Canton, SD 57103, not later than 10:00 a.m., February 2nd, 2021, for the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of South Dakota, to-wit:
Tract 16 in D&L Industrial Addition in the Southwest Quarter, Section 24, Township 100, Range 51, West of the 5th PM, Lincoln County, South Dakota.,
a/k/a Lincoln Co. Parcel #100.50.64.K016
Bids shall be publicly opened and read at 10:15 a.m. on February 2nd at 10:15 a.m.
in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room
The bid form and specifications that must be used are available from the Lincoln County Auditor at the above-address or at www.lincolncountysd.org under Notices.
Lincoln County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities and make awards as deemed to be in the best interest of Lincoln County, SD. If a bid is accepted, the tax deed property will be conveyed to the successful bidder by Quit Claim Deed upon payment in full.
