REQUEST FOR BIDS
January 4, 2021
Lincoln County Highway Department requests sealed bids for road and bridge supplies and materials. These contracts consist of furnishing specific materials from March 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022, and include:
- Carbide Cutting Edges and Snowplow Blades
- Concrete Products
- Crushed Concrete
- Diesel Fuel and Ethanol
- Plant Mixed Asphalt Materials
- Quartzite Rip Rap
- Rock Salt and Transportation
- Supply and Application of Magnesium Chloride
- Weed Control Chemicals
Sealed bids must be received through US Mail or hand-delivery by the Lincoln County Highway Office, 104 N. Main AVE, Ste B150, Canton, SD 57013, until 11:00am on Monday, February 8, 2021. Bids received after this date and time will not be considered and the unopened envelope returned to the bidder. Telephone, fax, and email bids will not be accepted.
To request a bid packet, contact the Lincoln County Highway Department at (605) 764-5841 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Bids submitted on forms other than the those supplied by the Lincoln County Highway Department will not be considered. Lincoln County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of the county.
