NOTICE OF MEETING OF COUNTY EQUALIZATION BOARD
& NOTICE OF MEETING OF CONSOLIDATED EQUALIZATION BOARD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to SDCL §10-11-25, the Board of County Commissioners, sitting as a County Board of Equalization, of Lincoln County, South Dakota,
AND pursuant to SDCL §10-11-66, the Board of County Commissioners and City of Canton Local Board of Equalization, sitting as a Consolidated Board of Equalization of Lincoln County, South Dakota,
will begin meeting in the Commissioners’ Chambers in said County on Tuesday, the 13th day of April 2021, and for three weeks thereafter, for the purpose of reviewing, correcting, and equalizing the assessment of said County for the year 2021. The Board shall continue in session and may recess from time to time until all properly filed appeals have been determined and equalization is completed. The Board may remain in session no longer than three weeks after the second Tuesday in April.
All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment are required to submit written notice to the County Auditor no later than April 6, 2021.
