AN ORDINANCE OF LINCOLN COUNTY, SD, AMENDING THE 2009 REVISED ZONING ORDINANCE FOR LINCOLN COUNTY BY REZONING LOT 5 OF TRACT 1 OF SUPERIOR ADDITION IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE1/4) OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 97 NORTH, RANGE 50 WEST OF THE 5TH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, LINCOLN COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA FROM THE “C” COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO THE “I-1” LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY LINCOLN COUNTY, SD:
That the property legally described as Lot 5 of Tract 1 of Superior Addition in the Southeast quarter (SE1/4) of Section 18, Township 97 North, Range 50 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, South Dakota, is hereby rezoned from C, Commercial District to I-1, Light Industrial District, and the official zoning map of Lincoln County referred to in Section 2.03 of the 2009 Revised Zoning Ordinance for Lincoln County is amended.
