ORDINANCE NO. 2106-35
AN ORDINANCE OF LINCOLN COUNTY, SD, AMENDING THE 2009 REVISED ZONING ORDINANCE BY REZONING A PORTION (10 ACRES) OF THE PROPERTY LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS THE N1/2 NW1/4 (EX. H-1 AND N211.5’ E412’) OF SECTION 33-T100N-R49W FROM THE A-1 AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO THE C COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY LINCOLN COUNTY, SD:
That a portion (10 acres – as shown by exhibit) of the property legally described as the N1/2 NW1/4 (Ex. H-1 and N211.5’ E412’) of Section 33-T100N-R49W is hereby rezoned from the A-1 Agricultural District to the C Commercial District, and the official zoning map of Lincoln County referred to in Section 2.03 of the 2009 Revised Zoning Ordinance is amended to include the rezoning.
