NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: The Board of County Commissioners in and for the County of Lincoln in the City of Canton, South Dakota on the 3rd day of August, 2021, between 8:35 A.M. and adjournment of said meeting date, at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the County Commissioners’ Meeting Room, will meet in regular session to consider the following application for Temporary On-Sale Malt Beverage License to operate outside of a municipality for Legends of Gold on property legally described as Woodfield TR 2A N1/2 – 33-96-50, N 303’ OF W 88.1’ OF W 660’ OF LOT 2 & N 243’ OF W 40’ LOT 3 BURNS SUB DIV NW1/4 – 33-96-50, BETHESDA TR1 IN NW1/4 SE1/4 & SW1/4 SE ¼ - 33-96-50, Lincoln County, South Dakota for a fundraiser on August 21, 2021, which has been presented to the Board of County Commissioners and filed in the County Auditor's Office. Address: 47256 Hwy 46, Beresford.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT: any person, persons, or their attorney may appear at said scheduled Public Hearing and present objections to the above application, if any objections there may be. The Public Hearing is open to all interested parties. Anyone unable to attend the Public Hearing can submit written comments to the Lincoln County Auditor at 104 N. Main. Canton, SD 57013. Written comments will be reported to the County Commission on the date of the hearing. Individuals needing special accommodations are asked to contact the Lincoln County Auditor at least 48 hours prior to the hearing.
