NOTICE OF SALE OF TAX DEED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Lincoln, South Dakota, has directed the below described real property acquired by said County by tax deed proceeding to be sold as provided by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the direction of the Board of Commissioners of Lincoln County, South Dakota, sealed bids shall be received by the Lincoln County Auditor, 104 N. Main Street, Suite 110, Canton, SD 57103, not later than 10:00 a.m., July 8, 2022, for the following three parcels of described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of South Dakota, to-wit:
Outlot 6, Town of Hudson. Lincoln County, South Dakota,
aka Lincoln County Parcel No. 210.40.00.006
Outlot 7, except the West Thirty (30) Feet and the South Ninety (90) Feet, Town of Hudson, Lincoln County, South Dakota,
aka Lincoln County Parcel No. 210.40.00.007
The South Ninety (90) Feet of Outlot 7, except the West Thirty (30) Feet, Town of Hudson, Lincoln County, South Dakota,
aka Lincoln County Parcel No. 210.40.00.007B
Bids shall be publicly opened and read at 10:05 a.m. July 8th
at the Lincoln County Auditor’s Office
Bids shall be awarded between 8:35 a.m. and adjournment
of the July 12th Lincoln County Commission Meeting
The bid form and specifications that must be used are available from the Lincoln County Auditor at the above-address or at www.lincolncountysd.org under Notices.
Lincoln County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities and make awards as deemed to be in the best interest of Lincoln County, SD. If a bid is accepted, the tax deed property will be conveyed to the successful bidder by Quit Claim Deed upon payment in full.
